stickee is the result of a merger between Just Say Please and Adhere. Adhere was already the majority owner of Digital Creative Agency ‘stickee’ (formed by Director Stephen Gray in 2001) and has decided to adopt the stickee brand to cover the entire wider business.

Just Say Please is currently a leading force in comparison and affiliate technology while Adhere’s expertise lies in software, digital design and creative. The combined company will exist to create and elegantly designed technology, software & digital experiences that stick.
Based in London and Solihull, stickee will continue to serve some of the the UK’s biggest brands in comparison including MoneySuperMarket, Experian, Confused.com and Carphone Warehouse. The company will also carry on delivering emotive and engaging websites, mobile apps and digital creative for customers across all of the UK and internationally.

Iain Brear Managing Director said ‘We exist to solve complex challenges in simple ways through technology that helps businesses of all kinds succeed on and off the web. This approach has formed the backbone of our business over the last 10 years and has also helped entrepreneurs and companies grow theirs. The merger will allow us to pool our talents in technology, design, creative and software benefiting all our customers’.

Bobbie Bhogal founder and Chairman said ‘As we continue to grow, create jobs and expand this merger was the natural next step, it will enable us to be even more agile, make things happen and serve customers even better. We believe in deep collaboration and solving real world customer problems simpler, faster and smarter than others. This is why our customers stick with us.

It’s been an exciting few years at JustSayPlease/Adhere/stickee as we have seen rapid growth in the company across it’s four main business areas – Digital Creative, Comparison, Software and Innovation.
