Faustine

Next up in our series of Meet the Team articles is Content and Social Media Executive, Faustine Ladeiro-Levent, who joined us after collecting her Masters Degree. Let’s get to know her a bit better…

stickee: Hi Faustine, can you tell us a bit about your background? How did you end up working for stickee?

F: I graduated from a MA in Creative Writing in September 2015, and before that I studied English and German. I really wanted to get into content writing, and found this internship through my university. I thought it looked really interesting; I was excited to learn about social media as well.

stickee: Can we get you a tea, coffee? How do you take it?

F: Just a black coffee, please.

stickee: What were your first impressions of stickee?

F: I thought everyone was really lovely and welcoming, and it seemed like a really busy company despite its size.

stickee: Who would play you in a movie of your life?

F: She’d probably have to be French… I want to say Adèle Exarchopoulos since she’s about my age, but she’s way too tall to play me.

stickee: What do you get up to outside of work?

F: I feel like I’m the only person in the office who doesn’t exercise! I love to cook, and go to art galleries, concerts, spoken word nights… I also like to write, mostly poetry.

stickee: It’s lunchtime and someone offers to get you whatever takeaway you’d like. What do you go for?

F: Something Asian, like a vegetarian pad thai with lots of fried tofu.Faustine

stickee: What’s your favourite book, film, and album?

F: My favourite book is Ariel, Sylvia Plath’s last collection of poems. My favourite film at the moment is called Turbo Kid, but it usually changes depending on what I’ve seen last. And I haven’t stopped listening to Art Angels by Grimes since it came out last year.

stickee: What’s the best holiday you’ve ever been on?

F: I went to Berlin for three days last year – it was definitely the shortest holiday I’ve been on, but I fell in love with the city. I’m planning to go back as soon as possible.

Thanks Faustine, we’ll let you get back to your tweets!
